Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Effective from 11 July 2026. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and how you can reach us about it.

In short: we only collect what you type into our membership, partnership, or event forms. We use it to get back to you about your enquiry. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who we are

This website is operated by The Circuit Collective Private Limited, which holds the Karnataka master franchise of Private Community®, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Circuit Collective Private Limited.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily submit one of our forms:

  • Membership requests: full name, email address, organisation, role, city, and any message you share about your vision and mission.
  • Partnership & franchise enquiries: full name, email address, organisation, region or district, phone number, area of interest, and any message you include.
  • Event RSVPs: full name, email address, and phone number.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site, so we do not collect browsing behaviour, device identifiers, or location data beyond what your browser sends as part of a normal web request (such as your IP address, logged transiently by our hosting provider for security purposes).

How we use it

Submitting a form sends your details directly to our team by email so we can review your enquiry and respond, arrange a conversation of recognition, confirm your seat at an event, or otherwise follow up on your request. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services this site uses

To display and run correctly, this website loads a small number of resources from third parties, each of which may log standard technical request data (such as IP address) under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Fonts — for the Titillium Web typeface.
  • unpkg.com — a content delivery network used to load the open-source libraries (React) this site's interface is built on.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and, if you become a member or partner, for the duration of that relationship and as required to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you've shared with us, and to withdraw consent to future contact. To exercise any of these rights, email us at connect@thecircuit.work and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

Private Community® Karnataka is intended for founders, advisors, executives, and changemakers, and is not directed at or intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our website or practices change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
